Aashritha Samaj is an independent, non-profitable, non-political organization registered under Societies Act 1860 (Act XX1 of 1860) in 2000.
It focuses on the balanced development of the differently enabled, underprivileged children and poor, helpless widows or single mothers who have neither the resources nor skillset to be sustain themselves.
By providing such assistance, we help children to escape the clutches of child labour and encourage women to develop some skills that are handy in making them employable.
Aahritha samaj started the children education programme with two children and now it reached to 100 children with the help and co-operation of like minded people. With the efforts of the president and secretary the organisation has mobilised 100 sponsors, in turn the sponsors are contributing Rs. 6000 to 7000 per child every year. We are happy to announce that Aashrithasamaj is supporting 100 children for their education.
Besides education programme Aashrithasamaj mobilising small grants from individuals for health programmes
Our special focus has been in educating deprived girls that eventually make them capable of pursuing employment and be financially independent.
